DVBIC Site Director 

Sebesta serves as the DVBIC site director for Fort Bliss, Texas. He is a family medicine specialist and is the chief of the TBI program at the Soldier Family Medical Center (West Bliss). He directs and manages daily operations at the TBI clinic.

Program Overview

The DVBIC site at William Beaumont Army Medical Center is located at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Comprising multiple DVBIC sites, center staff are evaluating the efficiency of DVBIC clinical recommendations for assessment, diagnosis and management of post-traumatic headache by primary care managers to identify opportunities to revise clinical recommendations and enhance patient outcomes.
