Q. How do I find a product?
A. Visit the Resources section for a complete list of all of our resources. Additionally, you can locate specific products by using the search feature.
Q. How do I order a product?
A. To place an order, look for the “Add to Basket” link directly under the product title. In some cases, the product might be available for download only. Look for the annotation, “Download File,” under the product title.
Q. Why is the download button missing from certain items?
A. Not all of our items are available for download. These products must be ordered online and will be shipped to you free of charge.
Q. What should I do if I’m having trouble downloading or ordering a product?
A. Please email us if you’re having trouble with a download or order.
Q. Are all orders free?
A. Yes. DVBIC provides these resources at no cost as a service to our service members and veterans who are recovering from traumatic brain injury and to the people who care for them.
Q. Can I order multiple copies?
A. Yes, you can order multiple copies of any of our resources that are available in hard copy. Once you have finished adding resources to your “Basket,” simply increase the quantity you’d like to receive before checking out. Please read carefully when ordering because some products have a maximum order limit and other products come in packs with multiple copies.
Q. Will I receive an email confirmation?
A. Yes. When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and order number. When we ship your order, you'll receive another email letting you know that it has shipped.
Q. What if my order is wrong in the confirmation email?
A. If you didn’t request the resources listed in your confirmation email or you have any questions about the order, please email us and refer to your order number.
Q. How long will it take to receive my products?
A. You can expect to receive your products within three to four weeks after placing your order. If you don’t receive your items within that time, please email us.
Q. What if I need my items immediately?
A. Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide expedited shipping. We suggest that you plan at least three to four weeks prior to your event or in advance of the anticipated need for the product.
